Support recruitment operations, employee documentation, and client workforce coordination.
Key responsibilities
- You will keep HR operations running smoothly: documentation, onboarding coordination, personnel files, and client workforce logistics. You will also support basic reporting and policy compliance.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding checklists
- Maintain employee records and compliance documents
- Support recruitment scheduling and candidate communication
- Assist with payroll inputs and attendance tracking
- Draft HR letters and client-facing workforce reports
Requirements
- 2+ years in HR operations or admin support
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office
- Clear written and verbal communication
